Outside Sales Representative
MTS Pro Services is looking for a HUNTER! We are a top-tier Mac fleet management and Mac MSP. We are a Jamf Professional MSP and an Apple Premier Partner. We have decades of experience managing and supporting fleets of Macs and we are looking for a self-motivated salesperson to find those customers who need our great services. Position Summary:
This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative responsible for finding new clients for MTS Pro Services.
The outside sales representative will:
- Seek out new clients
- Conduct sales presentations
- Build relationships
- Maintaining specific sales metrics
- Keep meticulous records using our CRM (HubSpot)
To be considered for this role you must have a confident, professional presence both in person and over the phone.
Having technical background is not required for this position, but great sales skills are a must!
The perfect candidate for this job is comfortable with a compensation package that includes base plus incentive pay centered around encouraging long term client retention and growth. Expectations & Required Experience:
- 5+ years of proven work experience in Sales, preferably in the managed services industry.
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Self starter/entrepreneurial attitude
- Openness to feedback
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
- Ability to create and deliver sales presentations
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience using a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, inbound lead follow-up, research, networking and emails.
- Build and maintain sales pipelines.
- Manage sales and technical resources to close business efficiently.
- Achieve defined sales and growth targets.
- Coordinate projects, Statements Of Work, and Agreements with Project Manager and clearly communicate client expectations.
- Attend Sales Meetings and be able to report on existing sales opportunities, projected wins, and projected margin totals for the month.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Attend client meetings with the Sales Team to provide technical knowledge and sales support as needed.
- Help department further refine and develop best practices
- Perform other job related duties as needed.

Salary: $80k base annually including an un-capped commission plan
NOTE: This position is a remote-first hybrid position. While most of the job duties can be completed remotely, there may be instances that require your on-site presence, whether in office or for a client.
